1. Introduction

Welcome to Anudia Invoice Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our invoicing software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Free Trial and Invoice Limits

New users receive a free trial that allows creation of up to 5 invoices. After reaching this limit, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue creating invoices. We reserve the right to modify free trial limits at any time.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Create invoices for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, layout, graphics, and logos, is the property of Anudia Invoice Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written consent.

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, including invoices, company information, and client data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your invoice data before termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANUDIA INVOICE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
